About Tier 5 prescription covered drug list. Drugs costing hundreds of thousands of dollars. I would pay 25%. Up to $4950 max out of pocket then drops to 5%. Is that correct? This is on the d prescription plan. If I change to advantage plan pay 33% to same out of pocket max then also goes to 5% there after, correct?

Why has BCBS of Oklahoma stopped covering Azor 520 and its generic? Also once the generic version was offered we filled the prescription for a few months and now it is no longer covered to. It is hard to find a blood pressure pill that will work with your body and now will have to start over because we cant afford the medication.
