I will pass this along. If you click on the My Coverage tab on your Blue Access for Members account there should also be a link to the Fitness Program there, as long as your plan includes this program. ~ Kayla

I did talk to someone. It would be nice if your website provided a link to possible fitness centers but your website is very cumbersome to find information. Even your own instructions for finding things aren't clear on the website. I'm logged into my account via the website but cannot find anything for "quick links" and the subcategory "fitness program" as given in your instructions here. You might pass this along to your web administrator. I am NOT a technically challenged individual, but finding the links it's directing me to was frustrating. I gave up and called a number. I I've copied what it says:

To join, log into your BCBSOK account.

Under “Quick Links,” choose “Fitness Program.” On this page, you can enroll, search for nearby fitness locations and learn more about the program.

Click “Enroll Now.” Then search and select the fitness location that is best for you. Remember, you can visit any participating fitness location after you sign up.

You should try finding this on your website.
