Well on Target payment four days before coverage ends

Have paid monthly fee for add-on Well on Target, but now my group employee insurance is ending and as of Sept 1 I'll be on Medaire + BCBS Medicare Supplement. I assume the Well on Target will end Sept. 1 also, but I was just charged the $42.63 on 8/27. Will that be reimbursed since my coverage ends four days later after the payment posted?

I am a rehire with the State of Oklahoma and my benefits will be effective starting September 1st, 2025. I previously had BCBS coverage and it currently still says my plan is inactive. Will I be able to use the old account when my rehire benefits start or will I need to create a new account? My break of service was only a few months, so will I be able to get my unexpired prescriptions filled using a temp BCBS card?

Why does it take so long to get any questions or issues resolved when calling member services?

I became a member of BCBS in November, and because of how narrow filters and unhelpful the online customer service person or AI, I have to call.. Every time I call customer service, 90% of the time the person barely speaks english, they put you on hold for 5-20 minutes each time you ask a question, or need clarification. Each time I call the call ends up taking 45 minutes to an hour, or more. That doesn't account for 30% of the time they hang up on you.. It is horribly frustrating experience every time I call. The customer service representatives talk like they really don't care, or have no idea what they are doing.

It is understandable there would be delays, and things take time, but the amount of time and frustration is unacceptable. If this company is too big to provide decent care, then maybe this company needs to be broke up, into smaller companies who can take care of their customers.. I will be posting what I have gone through on all my social media platforms I have an account on.. Since I am absolutely not the only customer who have had issues with BCBS, I am sure there are others who will share my posts.. Be better.. Do better.

My claim in January has been denied after our company cancelled my coverage in April. How can I get the claim covered? My son Ty Green went to Urgent Care on January 29th, 2024. Paid his $35 copay and received treatment for a respiratory infection. The claim was turned in on January 31st from the provider. The provider states that the claim was denied on September 12th, 2024, almost 8 months later. They inquired again on September 21st, and BCBSOK applied the remaining amount due as his deductible on September 26th. In the past URGENT Care has been covered on this policy, please advise why the coverage has been denied now. Policy 307762, VOK07762
