i was able to speak with someone and they sent me an email to open with my id number- but the email does not open with my id number??

I have a user ID and password set up. After inputting those 2, the system tries to send me a 6 digit code. But it is trying to send the code to my user id, not my email. and I cant get into my account to change anything. Please help.

How can I update my BCBS log in when I do not have access to my previous email address. I have tried to contact member customer service but it send me to the provider line.
