Why can't I sort claims on your website by "last updated" date?

When I get a notification that a claim has been updated, I have to sort through to find out which one has been updated. Sometimes it is on the second or third page of claims. If I could sort by "last updated" date, it should be at or near the top of the list. I chatted with a representative, but they were unable to even understand my question.

I have registered my account. I have changed the password. I still cannot get access to my account. I get the following message every time. This account is almost 2 years old and I have never been able to get access online. I have the app, but the information is limited and not as easily navigated. Please fix your website or my account, whichever is the issue.

I am trying to register my account but I never got my member card. I have BCBS through work and I am needing to use my insurance. I do not know my member ID number to register my account on the app
