I was terminated as a provider with no notice or information about why I was terminated. This is very alarming and very unsafe to my clients who need to have weekly sessions. My CAQH and Availity attestations are all up to date. My NPI is active 1013343938.

Thank you for your prompt response. I have reached out to them via phone and email, and am awaiting response. In the meantime, do you have any other recommendations for who may assist? Again, my concerns are continuity of care and my patients much needed behavioral healthcare not being interrupted. Thank you again.

Why can't I sort claims on your website by "last updated" date?

When I get a notification that a claim has been updated, I have to sort through to find out which one has been updated. Sometimes it is on the second or third page of claims. If I could sort by "last updated" date, it should be at or near the top of the list. I chatted with a representative, but they were unable to even understand my question.
