Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma offers several ways to pay your premium each month. Choose the best option for you. There are a few things to keep in mind about your health care premium.

Your health plan coverage won’t start until you make your first premium payment. Pay it before you go to the doctor, fill a prescription or use any plan benefits.
Each month you will get a bill for your premium. You can use your health benefits as long as you keep your payments current. Your payment keeps your coverage active.
Log in to Blue Access for Members^SM for payment options and up to date claim details.

Online Payments

Log in to your BAM account and select Billing and Payments. You’ll be redirected to a secure website to pay with a credit or debit card.

Auto Bill Pay

Log in to your BAM account to set up recurring monthly payments. Select Payments and Billing to manage Auto Bill Pay. You can also call Customer Service toll free at 866-520-2507.
Keep in mind, credit cards cannot be used for auto bill pay.

Pay by Phone

To make a one-time payment:

Call Customer Service at 866-520-2507 and choose Make a Payment.
Have your BCBSOK member ID number, bank routing number and bank account number ready.

Pay by Mail

You can pay with a personal check, cashier’s check or money order.

Make the check payable to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma or BCBSOK.
Write your account/member ID number on your personal check, cashier’s check or money order.
Include the payment coupon sent with your bill.
Send your payment at least five business days before its due date to ensure timely posting to your account.
Mail your payment to the address on your bill.

To make it easy for you to pay your bill, we have several options for you to choose from.

Online Payment:
Visit the OrbiPay® secure website*, for instructions on how to pay online.

Automatic recurring payments:
Call Customer Service toll free at 800-538-8833 or log into your Blue Access for Members (BAM) account to set up recurring electronic funds transfer (EFT).

To make this payment on BAM, be sure to register first

Personal check over the phone:
Call the OrbiPay* payment line at 877-433-3755. Have your member ID number, bank routing number and bank account number ready.

There is no fee to pay by check.
No minimum required for check payments; however there is a $10,000 maximum that can be paid.
Multiple bank accounts can be used to make one premium payment.
Up to five payments can be made from one account in a 30 day timeframe.
Payments will be reflected within 24 hours if payment is made before 4:00 CST (excluding weekends and holidays).
Recurring payments and future date payments cannot be set up using OrbiPay*.

In person:
Bring a copy of your invoice, which includes your member ID number and your "receive code," to any of the MoneyGram® locations near you (including most Walmart, ACE Cash Express and CVS stores) and pay with cash. MoneyGram locations in Walmart stores also take debit card payments.

Payments through MoneyGram are free.
These payments are posted to your account within 1-2 business days.

Credit or debit card:
Call 866-654-8569 and follow the instructions. Or log into your BAM account and look for the Billing & Payments section.

There is no fee for using your debit or credit card.
Maximum premium payment that can be made on your debit or credit card is $2,500 - multiple payments can be made if necessary.
Only 3 debit/credit card payments can be made with the same card within a 5 day period OR 5 payments in a 30 day period.
Premium payments made with a debit or credit card will post to your account within 1-2 business days.
Confirmation of debit/credit card payments can be emailed if an email address is provided.
Recurring premium payments cannot be set up using a debit or credit card.
Future date payments can be arranged.

By mail:
Mail your personal check, cashier's check or money order with your member ID number to the address on your invoice. Be sure to include your payment coupon in the envelope.

Mail your premium payments at least five business days in advance of the payment's due date in order to have it in on time.

* BCBSOK has contracted with a third-party vendor, Alacriti Payments, LLC, to process your ACH/electronic check payment. In order to process this payment, you will be redirected to Alacriti’s secure site, OrbiPay. If you have any problems with your payment, please contact BCBSOK customer service at 888-697-0683.
