Learn about Health Coverage Without Leaving Your Neighborhood

Follow us on the road to health! Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma’s (BCBSOK) Mobile Assistance Center (MAC) is going from town to town to help you, your family and friends get prepared to buy health coverage during the open enrollment season.

Our friendly representatives will be visiting locations where you live, work and shop! We’ll listen to your needs and help explain how insurance works in plain, easy-to-understand language. We can check to see if you may qualify for any financial assistance to help lower what you pay for coverage. Household income is required to help determine if are eligible for the premium tax credit.

Find us as we travel across Oklahoma to visit libraries, hospitals, community centers, schools and more. Find specific locations and visit us!

Here’s what you need to enroll in health coverage:

  • Proof of US citizenship or legal residency. Social Security numbers or immigration status numbers for all family members
  • Proof of state residency. Driver’s license, housing lease or utility bill
  • Previous year’s tax return.  Copy of your most recent tax return
  • Income for all family members. W-2 form or pay stubs, unemployment, disability, social security, pension, retirement income, etc.
  • Method of payment. Checking/savings account details or debit card details

Important Facts and Dates
 Now is the time to learn more so you can make important decisions to protect for your family with health coverage before the deadline.

Remember, you’ll have to enroll in coverage by Dec. 15th for your insurance to be effective on Jan. 1st. If outside Open Enrollment, you may qualify for a health plan during special enrollment period.
