Well onTarget Health Assessment Has a New Look This Year

Well onTarget® is not available to all members. Check Blue Access for Members or ask your benefits administrator to see if you have these benefits.

If you haven’t taken your Health Assessment yet, visit your Well onTarget account and see what’s new. Your answers on the Health Assessment questionnaire help create a personal wellness report and recommendations of programs that may help you reach your health goals.

What You Should Know:

The updated look in your portal and in your mobile app (AlwaysOn) include:

  • A better design and readability
  • An easier experience in navigating the page
  • The ability to quickly see your answers

If you haven’t completed the Health Assessment, log in to your Blue Access for MembersSM (BAMSM) account. If this is your first time logging in, you will need to register your account. Click Register Now on the login screen. Once you are in BAM, click on the Well onTarget link on the left side of the screen. You will be taken to the portal.
