You may not know what kind of care you’ll need or when you’ll need it, but you can find out now where to go for different types of care. Then when an issue comes up, you’ll know how to choose the most appropriate place for care that meets your needs.

Use the charts below to help you decide. They show average costs and wait times for typical health issues, like skin problems, sore throat, sinus pain and flu.

Of course, when your injury or illness is serious or life-threatening, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Nurses are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to answer your health questions. The 24/7 Nurseline may not be available with all plans. Check your benefits booklet for details.
