Might as well not even have insurance with having to pay premiums on top of having to pay co-pays and co-insurance plus whatever else BCBS refuses to pay, in looking at that EOB it is sad that an EOB needs a seperate explanation....predatory insurance is just as bad as predatory lending...this company is famous for it. As well as not giving people the opportunity to understand their choices (or lack of) before forcing them to make a decision with no chance of research or comparison.

I never received an EOB for service on 1/17/23 at Christ Hospital, total charges billed $1,023. I need to provide this to a gap insurer to see if they'll cover the balance. I've logged into this website but can't figure out how to see my EOB. Can you help?

I have been trying to sign up via the telephone number listed above for 4 consecutive weeks. The automated menu hangs up on callers after a few minutes, regardless of the options they pick. The main customer service line has attempted to connect me to it, but it does the same exact thing. I have left two messages for case managers through the main customer service line with no call back. At this point, I'll give birth before I get connected to this program.

They approved a surgery 3 years ago and 5 months ago came back and denied the claim. So now we have an extra 3,000. Dr bill to pay for!!!
