&lt;p&gt;1lb, 14oz Tofu, Extra Firm&lt;br /&gt;1/4 tsp Fresh ground black pepper&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup, 1TBSP Franks Original Hot Sauce&lt;br /&gt;1/4 tsp Kosher salt&lt;br /&gt;2 spray coating Pan cooking spray&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0080c3;text-decoration:underline;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Directions:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Drain water from tofu blocks.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Press between paper towels; best if pressed overnight to allow for moisture to be removed from the tofu (will absorb marinade better).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Combine hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well to incorporate. Pour over whole tofu blocks and marinate for at least 2 hours. Set aside left over hot sauce marinade.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Spray hot grill with pan spray. Mark tofu blocks on the grill for about 2 minutes each side. Cut into cubes. Toss with leftover marinade.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
&lt;p&gt;*Tofu will be mostly white in color.&lt;/p&gt;
