The Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBSOK) Mobile Assistance Center (MAC) focuses on meeting Oklahomans in the places they call home. The MAC provides one-on-one assistance with important health insurance questions consumers face.
During the Open Enrollment Period, the MAC is available to discuss your benefit options to help customers with the online enrollment process and find out if they qualify for financial assistance. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, the MAC traveled statewide with two teams, based in Tulsa and Oklahoma City. In 2020, the MAC team is available for virtual one-on-one appointments.
In addition, the MAC will host weekly webinars that you can attend to learn more about what health insurance options are available.
