Well onTarget is designed to give you the support you need to make healthy choices. You have access to a convenient, secure website with personalized tools and resources. So you can create your personal health and fitness journey — no matter where you may be on your path to wellness.

Member Wellness Portal

The heart of Well onTarget is the member portal. It links you to a suite of innovative programs and resources you can use to make your health a top priority.

Your customized dashboard shows a list of personalized activities based on the information you provided in the Health Assessment. Now you have a step-by-step plan to guide you on the way to living your best life.

Program information, podcasts, articles and videos are available on the health topics most relevant to you.

Personal challenges can help you with your goals. There are over 30 challenges, so you can choose the best one to fit your wellness journey. Challenges vary from seven to 60 days. Topics include stress, sleep, physical activity and more.

Self-management programs are an online suite of structured programs can help you put your health first. Topics include stress management, tobacco cessation, sleep health, metabolic syndrome, weight management, diabetes management and more.

If the Blue PointsSM Rewards Program* is available to you, it allows you to earn points for completing activities like taking the Health Assessment or adding a tracker.

Fitness and nutrition device integration, including Fitbit, MapMyFitness, Garmin and others,** helps make your tracking more seamless. And the Nutrition App can be integrated with MyFitnessPal and Fitbit. You just connect to your profile, and your nutritional information is available within the Well onTarget portal and app.***

Get Your Wellness to Go with AlwaysOn® 

Our complimentary AlwaysOn app gives you the flexibility to complete Well onTarget activities on your phone. You can:

  • Register for and take any of the self-management courses 
  • Connect a device
  • Use health trackers
  • Earn and redeem your Blue Points 

To download the app, you can head to the Apple App Store leaving site icon  or Google Play. leaving site icon  Search for AlwaysOn Wellness. When you first open the app, click New User Registration and verify your eligibility using information from your member ID card.

Sign Up for Well onTarget

Log in to Blue Access for MembersSM (BAMSM) and go to the Wellness tab to find the Well onTarget Member Wellness Portal and other health and wellness benefits.
