I need to find out how much my inhaler should be and what pharmacy. Walgreens wanted $50 with my insurance used

About Tier 5 prescription covered drug list. Drugs costing hundreds of thousands of dollars. I would pay 25%. Up to $4950 max out of pocket then drops to 5%. Is that correct? This is on the d prescription plan. If I change to advantage plan pay 33% to same out of pocket max then also goes to 5% there after, correct?
