Hello, We do not accept claims through this Connect website.

You can submit a claim by sending your itemized bill or receipt along with the claim form found here - https://www.bcbsok.com/pdf/formfinder/medical-claim-ok.pdf to the address on the form or through the Message Center on your Blue Access for Members account on our website - https://members.hcsc.net/wps/portal/bam. To create an account you will want to click New Member? Register Now. ~ Kayla
