I've been a BCBSOK member for years. Why am I having to create a new login to find out my account information?
First the website was in Oklahoma, then it was in Illinois, now I'm at another new address, and it's acting like I've never been here before.
Plus, one of my providers has submitted claims that have been on hold for months, with no reason given??
Hello, You are currently on our Connect site, which is different from your Blue Access for Members account where you can view your plan information. You can access that account here - BCBS Login (bcbsok.com)
