Find a Doctor or Hospital

Picking the right doctor can seem overwhelming at times. You want to find someone you trust, who has an office close to you, with open appointment times. There’s also the added stress of choosing a doctor who is in your plan’s network so you don’t have to pay extra costs.

How can I find a doctor who meets my needs?
You have two options when searching for a doctor:

  1. Provider Finder® is a free tool to help you find a doctor or hospital in your network. Click on the link to access Provider Finder.
