- Check claim status and history
- Find a doctor or hospital in-network
- Let us know how you want us to stay in touch. For example, you can choose to receive important updates by email or SMS Text messages
- Review your billing and payment history
- Read helpful tips and wellness articles
It won’t take more than a few minutes to register. You just need the following:
- A valid email address to confirm your registration.
- Your home zip code which must match the mailing address we have for you.
- Your Member ID number which can be found on your ID card and your welcome letter.
- Your group number found on your member ID card.
