Here’s a quick look at what you need to know:

Print or download a member ID card
If you need a member ID card today for an appointment or pharmacy visit, you can find it on BAM. Log in to BAM. If you haven’t registered yet, you’ll need your group and individual member ID numbers. You can find these on the welcome letter you received from us. Once you’ve logged in, click on "Member ID Card” at the top. From there, you can view and download a digital ID card.

Request an ID card
