With Blue Points, you earn points for completing Well OnTarget activities like taking the health assessment, adding a fitness tracker and visiting a fitness center. You can also earn points, and make your life easier, by signing up for paperless communications and enrolling in auto pay.*
Through Blue Points, plan subscribers and their adult dependents can earn up to $100 in a calendar year that is redeemable for gift cards at retailers such as Amazon, Target, Starbucks and more. Plan subscribers and their adult dependents are eligible to earn up to $100 a year each. For example, a family of four (all 18 or over) would each be able to earn $100 a year ($400 total**).
