Ingredients: Makes 8 servings
2 qt. Water2.5 oz Strawberries, Quartered2.5 oz Blueberries, Fresh2.5 oz Peach, Fresh, Diced
Combine all ingredients. Lightly muddle fruit with a wooden spoon for ~15 seconds (just to release some of the flavor, not crush). Allow to sit in refrigerator overnight. Keep fruit in water and serve in a vessel that strains as the liquid is poured/dispensed.
