Watermelon Rosemary Water

 Ingredients: Makes 2 quarts

2 cups sliced watermelon (rind on)
1 1/2 fresh roesmary
Ice
Cold Water

Directions:

  1. Place watermelon and rosemary in the bottom of a 2-quarter pitcher. Lightly muddle with a wooden spoon to release some the flavor, but don't completely crush.
  2. Fill the pitcher with ice and water and allow to sit in the refrigerator one hour.
  3. Strain before serving, if desired.
