1/4 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded1 cup green peppers, diced1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped1/2 cup yellow onion, chopped5 oz fresh spinach, chopped1/2 tsp canola oil3/4 tsp salt3/4 cup whole milk1/2 tsp black pepper3 3/4 cup eggs, beaten
