Ingredients: Makes 16 servings
3/4 cup unsweetened Cocoa powder
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 TBSP vanilla extract
Non-stick Cooking Spray as needed
Directions:
- Position a rack in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk the cocoa powder, sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Using a wooden spoon, stir in the yogurt and vanilla. (The batter will be very thick so use your hands to incorporate the yogurt and vanilla, if necessary.)
- Coat an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray. Add the batter to the pain and spread into an even layer.
- Bake until a tester inserted into the center of the brownies comes out with a few moist crumbs attached, about 20 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes before cutting the brownie into 16 pieces.
